Nicholas is an experienced professional in property construction and management, having successfully overseen more than 100 units, including the completion of 52 residential units at The Shangri-La Residence Crest. His expertise and leadership in project management, combined with a keen ability to foresee and solve challenges, have made him an indispensable figure in the construction industry. With a hands-on approach and strategic mindset, Nicholas ensures that every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Charlotte

Charlotte plays an important role in coordinating project operations and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the construction team.

With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service, she supports project planning, client coordination, and overall project execution. Her focus on organization and client communication helps ensure that every project runs efficiently from planning to completion.
